Please read this Terms and Conditions Agreement carefully.
This Agreement sets out the terms under which The Visualiser.net's services are provided to you. By registering with The Visualiser.net, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not register with The Visualiser.net or otherwise access or use this Site. The Visualiser.net has made all reasonable efforts to ensure that all information provided through this web site is accurate at the time of inclusion, however, there may be inadvertent and occasional errors for which The Visualiser.net apologises.
Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date you first use the site. The Visualiser.net reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. You are responsible for reviewing regularly information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.
Membership to the Forums
ConductAlthough The Visualiser.net welcomes lively debate, The Visualiser.net expects you to be polite and courteous to fellow members, in your posts and mailings.
DeletionIf you decide to cancel your membership via the 'Delete Membership' page, then your encrypted password, email and private messages are removed from our database. Plus all your gallery, avatar and profile images are deleted.
Once you have created a user in the forum and have used it to either; start a new thread, reply to a thread or sent a private mail to another member, then this name cannot be deleted. You may request that all personal data is removed from the profile but the name on the postings will remain with the status 'ex-member'.
You are solely responsible for any photographs or digital images you upload to the site. The Visualiser.net cannot be responsible for the content of images uploaded published by it's members. The Visualiser.net will remove images which are inappropriate, offensive or illegal.
Images of an indecent, offensive, pornographic or otherwise illegal nature, including child pornography or bestiality are strictly forbidden.
Male members are required to provide a photographic validation using TheVisualiser's Validator generation software before becoming a full 'Gold' member. We also require proof of age and you to take a minimum of 3 months subscription to the site. Female members are also required to provide photographic evidence of their identity by providing a photograph of themselves holding a printed female validation tag. Your validation image is not accessible to other members. TheVisualiser.net reserves the right to refuse membership if the validation process proves inconclusive or for any other reason.
To become a full member of the site you need to take out a site subscription. This is in the form of an on line payment via The Visualiser.net's payment gateway provider. A subscription is for limited time period of either 90, 180 or 365 days. Once you have taken a subscription your membership to the site is permanent and while the subscription is current you gain full access to the site and features, excluding special areas set out for certain member groups. When your subscription expires you are expected to renew it and will be reminded accordingly. TheVisualiser.net reserves the right to withdraw services and features to members while a their subscription is over due.
Removal from the Forum
If TheVisualiser.net suspects or has evidence that you have attempted in anyway to tamper or violate the site security, including any kind of database manipulation, via 'injection attacks' or altering POST or GET http requests, you will be removed from the Forum. If TheVisualiser.net feels you are not who you say you are, or if we have reasons to believe you are masquerading as a member of the opposite sex we reserve the right to remove you from the site. If you are habitually rude, offensive, racist, sexist or anything The Visualiser.net sees as inappropriate, you will be removed from the Forum. The Visualiser.net reserves the right to remove any posts we deem to be any of the above.
The Visualiser.net accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in their web site and any decisions based on information contained in this web site are the sole responsibility of the visitor. The Visualiser.net accepts no liability for any direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages, or any other damages of whatsoever kind, resulting from whatever cause through the use of any information obtained either directly or indirectly from this web site.
Material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial home use. Any other use requires the prior written permission of The Visualiser.net. You agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any of the material contained in this site or use it for any other purpose other than for your personal non-commercial use. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site.
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
